STC stands for Swagga Too Clean and STC is a 3-man rap band based in Austin, TX. STC was formed in November 2009 in Austin, TX and the members are Yung C @20, Kelow @19, & LB @18. Yung C is the group leader from New Orleans, LA. Kelow is a free-stylist from St. Louis, MO. LB is last but not least the youngest member and from New Orleans, LA. Yung C and LB are brothers and Kelow is like a brother to the band.
