The Twelve Powerful Laws Of Music
by Ger-rel

The music industry practice a proven method of choosing music called: "The Clone Technique". Its when they try to make you sound act and copy acts that are successful and are making money! Its not about Music! Its about MONEY! The problem with being a CLONE is once that sound has been burned out! The originator of that sound and its clones will all be dropped! So if your a CLONE or you SOUND like somebody that is already OUT THERE the clock is ticking! By the time you get into the biz your days are numbered you have to make moves FAST before your done! I researched this for years and discovered a way to make things better as far as being a success and I hope to prove this! Using myself as an example! Here are the Twelve Powerful Laws Of Music! You CAN get in the biz without being a clone! Be yourself! Have others copy you! And even after you are burned out! Resurrect Yourself and be YOU again!! But Different and relevant! And have people CLONE or COPY YOU again! I hope to prove this...but let me give you what I discovered and see if you agree:

The Ten Laws of HIT THEORY:

If your not doing ANY of one of these laws the industry will not even HEAR you! They will say your not up to MUIC INDUSTRY STANDARDS! That was told to me...so I went away and researched what that was! And now I pass it too you so you wont have to go through the hours and days and weeks of trouble!

These laws are kept secret by the BIG SUPER PRODUCERS and Industry geniuses! They would hate that I am even revealing this because they want to corner there end of the market knowing this information! But these laws changed strengthened my syle and brought me up to par! The Ten Laws are:(Just use the back arrow to return to this page after video's you click are done!)

#1:Proclaimation/Exclaimation: Your song sounds like a alarm is going off or a great announcement is being shouted out! Most street anthems and club bangers take this approach. Like Jay-Lo's "Get Right" with the HORN blarring in the backround! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WIsnC-h1d0

#2:Tension/Release:Your song has a hynotic or alluring hook that makes you crave for it...but all the other parts of the song gives you the feeling like its building to that hook...you feel a yearning...and you are satisfied when the hook kicks in! Example:Micheal Jacksons "Why You Wanna Trip On Me"! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z13sF58fV4g

#3:Call and Response:The song sounds like two people on two cliffs facing each other and sending messages back and forth using sounds to respond back and forth to each other! Example Rihanna "Rude Boy" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e82VE8UtW8A&feature=related

#4:Drum Pattern Changes: The song has a main drum pattern or "Skelleton" pattern but the drum type changes throughout the song making the song stay interesting. Example Sean Garrett "She Geeked" (Feat. Tyga & Gucci Mane) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjmwWEH8lcw

#5:Crecendo/DeCrecendo:When a song gives the feeling of walking down or up steps and that is the main hook of the song. Example Keri Hilson "Slow Dance" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0w1PB9hzzo

#6:Accents:When a song accents(In piano or horns or other instruments) making stronger a medley or hook in the song that sticks in the mind! Example Jay Z "Show Me What You Got" (Note:Song also uses Law number One as well:proclaimation/Exclaimation which fits the time that Jay Z was returning back to the rap game!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FS4U-HAHwps&ob=av2n

#7:Phrasing:When a song uses a entire phrase in the music instrumental arangements...and it repeats over and over...Listen carefully to this song...the medley in the piano matches the song hook title...the piano part is Phrasing the hook part and rePhrasing it. Ne-Yo's special and strongest producing approach! Ne-Yo "Sexy Love" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgaeGW-2z6w&ob=av2e

#8:Dynamics:When a song uses a couple or more of the approaches mentioned above. A combination of them to make a song catchy on levels heard and not heard right away...giving the song REPLAY power..wanting it to be heard over and over to listen again. Giving the illusion that something NEW has been heard but really only one of the approaches was heard that is different from the one the listener heard when they first heard it! This is MASTERY LEVEL PRODUCING! Example T-Pain "Buy You A Drink" (Uses approaches; One,Two,Three(The beat region or baseline and drum patterns),(Not using Four),Five,(Not using Six),Seven(The Poly Synthesizers horns with echo effects and compression giving a warm wine feeling),(Not using Nine "Sampling" approach),Ten "Over The Top" Auto Tune Vocals T-Pains Trademark sound. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBrRBZy8OTs&ob=av2n

#9:Sampling:When a producer takes a sample of a record old or new..or a phrase being said..or even sounds or musical samples and loop it and create music around it. Example Swizz Beats(His trademark style of producing)Samples kids saying something and fix it up and loop it too create "On To The Next One" with Jay Z. (Warning Explicit Lyrics) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WM1RChZk1EU

#10:Over The Top(OTT)When a song or artist do something that is over the top or outrageous that makes people talk or start a stir. There are unique artists out there that do this too many to name. But I will name one that uses all or some of these laws and this one to the fullest! Lady Gaga "Bad Romance" (Note:My challange to you...see how many of the laws you can spot in the song that made this a hit! =D) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrO4YZeyl0I&ob=av2e

(Special Note:This song was played over 430 million times on YouTube!!!)

The next two laws have to deal with you as an artist or producer and not the other ten just presented. They are:

1#:Find your voice: You have to find your vocal range usually by finding middle c on the piano and going as low as you can on the scale and above middle c as high as you can. Then the most confortable notes where you have the GREATEST VOCAL CONTROL AND POWER is YOUR TRUE VOICE! All songs that are made for you should be done in the KEY of your GREATEST vocal control region of the scales. Because that is how YOU will make the BIGGEST IMPACT being YOU and not copying someone else! Your style and everything should center around your voice you discoved when you find your voice! This is crucial! And it makes you ORIGINAL and not a CLONE or COPY CAT!

#2:Get Out Of Your Head: Just because something may sound good to you. Or you think you are right about the music your doing and the biz. If it do not follow these rules which are industry standard...you will get a rude awakening and suffer disappointment. Research before you even create a song! Listen to the Top Ten Videos on video shows. ALL VIDEO SHOWS. Go to Indie Sites and listen to new music because a lot of Indie Artists are the ones that are changing the game. If you don't do these things prepare for hurt. All these laws came about by the music biz years of doing what they do and finding out what works and dont work! When something non original has not been discovered for a while they result to "Cloning" what currently works to get money to pay the bills. But once a Originator Rise UP! It refreshes the game. And who ever is lucky enough to have discovered you will be in the favored position because everyone elese will be stuck with......CLONES OF YOU!

Thanks for taking time out to read this,

In recent years, online shopping has become popular; however, it still caters to the middle and upper class. In order to shop online, one must be able to have access to a computer, a bank account and a debit card. Shopping has evolved with the growth of technology. According to research found in the Journal of Electronic Commerce, if one focuses on the demographic characteristics of the in-home shopper, in general, the higher the level of education, income, and occupation of the head of the household, the more favourable the perception of non-store shopping., Enrique.(2005) The Impact of Internet User Shopping Patterns and Demographics on Consumer Mobile Buying Behaviour.
