Raised in the Deep East Texas area D-Ron was influenced by music at an early age, during his teenage years while constantly rapping at school with friends it soon led him to realize music was his true calling. Over the years D-Ron has dropped several underground albums, mix-tapes, and has done countless features which has gained him lots of fans, and exposure which has led him to sell thousands of cds all over the country. D-Ron has performed all over Texas, Louisiana, and a few other states and he has opened up concerts for artist such as Slim Thug, Juan Gotti, Lil Keke, Michael Watts, K-Rino, Lil Wil, Chingo Bling, Louisiana Ca$h, J-Dawg, Lil Troy, Big Pokey, just to name a few and when he headlines his own show he is able to draw a very good crowd.
D-Ron, was influenced mainly by 90's artists such as the likes of Eazy-E, UGK, R.Kelly which is the reason for his hip hop sound with a hint of R&B flavor. D-Ron is known to strive 100 percent for everything that he pursues with hopes that through his love for music he can make something out of nothing by living his music dream. He has a passion for writing lyrics to his songs and has also helped ghost write music for local artists.
His sound is unique because he has the ability to sing and rap on his songs. The sound that D-Ron has is a sound that anyone can enjoy. He has traveled as far as Wisconsin pursuing his music career, doing free shows and benefits for the disabled. Now in the year 2012 D-Ron is looking forward to the future and hopes to bring great entertainment for the world to enjoy.
