Omar Grant got his start in the music industry as the road manager for Destiny's Child. From there he went on to become A&R for EMI Music Publishing, where he worked with an A-list of producers and songwriters that include DJ Toomp, Rodney Jerkins, Bangladesh, Jim Johnson, and more.
Most recently Omar held the position of Sr. Director of A&R at Epic Records on the urban side of the house, where he worked with acts like Jasmine V, Sean Kingston, and Nipsey Hussel. Omar has also continued on as independent A&R for Kelly Rowland from his days with Destiny's Child.
Omar is currently A&R'ing for Kelly and also looking for songs and tracks for a number of Roc Nation artists that include J. Cole, Bridget Kelly, and Rihanna.
